The clean, Tier 4 certified, quiet and powerful diesel engine boasts 22 horsepower. This tractor offers over 600 lbs. of lift capacity, while hydrostatic power steering makes getting around easy and effortless.
Built Tough To Work Longer
Measuring just under 4 feet wide, the 1022 squeezes into barn stalls, through gates and into tight spaces where bigger tractors won't fit. Differential lock automatically equalizes power to both rear wheels, and selectable 4WD engages the front wheels when you need more traction — all wrapped in Bad Boy steel, including a full metal hood.
Get Comfortable
The 1022 features the same HydroMax Transmission as our bigger Bad Boy Tractors, automatically increasing engine RPMs evenly with the push of a pedal. The 2-range transmission sets to low for work and high for transport, and power steering with cruise control keeps every task effortless.

Compact but capable
It's smaller than I expected but doesn't feel underpowered. The treadle pedals took a day to get used to but now I prefer them. Power steering makes a big difference in tight spaces.
